The Foo's are one of those bands who kinda sit and quietly produce fantastic music, while the rest of the world screams about getting noticed.
Could be that Dave Grohl's involvement with Nirvana kinda ruined any dreams of fame for him? Or it could just be that the four of them are more interested in writing a great tune than they are the screaming.
'In Your Honor' was a double disk of pure treats; a kick ass first disk and a mellow flavoured second gave a little something for everyone, though new disk, 'Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace,' sounds like it's got disk two written all over it.
Whatever they're going for, though, the Foos are a proper class…
