Kanye West

West's mascot and trademark is a teddy bear, which has appeared on the covers of his three albums as well as the single cover for his recent single ‘Stronger’.

The Chicago rapper and record producer first shot to fame in the mid 2000s, and released his third album ‘Graduation’ in 2007. The album sold nearly 1 million copies the first week of sales, and was purposely released the same day as 50 Cent’s ‘Curtis’. ''To be a champion, you've got to take out a champion,'' West said.

He has spoken out against homophobia in hip-hop and stirred up controversy with his comment that he would be in a Bible if one was written in present time.
